Conditions pédagogiques pour une dynamisation de la formation en alternance. Le cas des éducateurs spécialisés

Abstract : The introduction of the reference tables of skills in the training of specialized educators (2007) created a confusion between concrete dynamics and general prescriptions of the situations. Going from a definition of the skill as a mobilization of knowledge in situations, considering the specificity of the contexts of socio-educational work as being low prescription, open to the subjectivity, registering in team initiatives, we envisage the training in a negotiated cooperative dynamic. Beyond the requirement of an institutional contractualization (trainee, site qualifying school) It is a question of promoting a dynamic design of professional socialization, of identifying the aspects of an educational private hospital as common objects of work and of clarifying the respective approaches with the prospect of a support favoring the autonomy of the learner.
